Regular sessions

Strategy Clubs

Regular sessions with modern board games, within the organisation and only for its own teams. Structured time together that builds skills in strategic management and planning.

The club

Strategy can be trained. Session after session.

A programme of regular sessions with modern board games, held at the organisation and reserved for its teams. In each session, participants play in small groups and, at the end, reflect on the strategies they adopted and the skills they brought into play.

The games are chosen to get the team planning, setting priorities, managing resources and anticipating other players’ moves. Because the sessions are repeated, the effect is cumulative: the team gains confidence, a common language and habits of reflection that it takes back to work.

Ideal for hybrid or remote teams

Strategy Clubs reduce isolation, increase the sense of belonging and encourage alignment between teams with little day-to-day contact.
