The approach

Skills you train by playing

Behavioural skills such as communication, negotiation and strategic thinking are decisive for professional performance.

In Outside Mind Games programmes, modern board games are the central tool. The playful element lowers natural resistance to change and makes it easier for participants to engage. At the end of each game, reflection links what happened at the table to real work.

Games that can stay with the organisation

The programmes use commercially available board games, which the organisation can adopt and use again later.

What participants say

“

Using such an interactive approach makes the session far more engaging and interesting. It was, without a shadow of a doubt, a great way to capture my attention and, above all, to bring to the surface clear examples of the skills that can be developed in this area.
